Diverse projects and often complex missions
We work alongside our clients, managing the growth of their business and dealing with difficult situations in the fields of management, organisation and human resources.
We are regularly contacted to resolve issues concerning talent recruitment, managerial efficiency, organisation and augmented HR missions.
Case 1 - Managerial efficiency
An international company that manufactures and installs automatic conveyors for logistics asked us to help energise its managerial teams working in two different countries.
Based on the results of the Insights Discovery survey, we created and facilitated an initial professional communication training course for 140 managers (90 in Spain and 50 in France), part of a larger managerial programme in the Group which is still in progress.

Case 2 - Recruiting and supporting talent
A fast-growing French-German company created a team of 6 developers to connect their new production tool with the head office in Germany.
To find an urgent solution and get around the issues of a scarcity of talent and salary inflation, we recruited a team of developers who were experts in a technology very similar to the required field.
We set up a customised training program with the best computer engineering school in the region, in conjunction with the OPCO.

Case 3 - Organisational Consulting
After the sudden departure of the project director, a fast-growing European company was left with an urgent situation, facing new office construction, implementation of a new ultra-modern logistics tool and relocation of all the teams with no leadership.
We audited the entire scope, redefined and simplified the transformation project’s organisation to make it operational and clear at all levels and for all stakeholders.

Augmented HR mission
Rodolph started [...] when the UK was just about to leave the EU. As Brexit had a significant impact on our recruitment model [...], we had to find a new, compliant way to work so Rodolph could successfully manage the transition and establish new sources of recruitment across Europe […].
